About The Doctor

Dr C E Koshy Photograph Aesthetic's Surgery Kerala SGA Inc .Dr. Koshy has worked in some of the most prestigious institutions around the world, with renowned doctors, in a varied array of fields and with some of the most cutting edge technology available in Medicare.

Following a childhood fascination for medicine he pursued and completed his MBBS from the Christian Medical College Vellore, Madras University India, MS in General Surgery from the Christian Medical College and followed through with Dip NB in General Surgery and then FRCS fellowship from the highly prestigious Royal College of Surgeons–Dublin.

He has researched and published numerous papers in a number of publications under the subject base of plastic surgery including but not limited to 20 research papers in the British Journal of Plastic Surgery.

His training in the UK includes three years of Plastic Surgery registrarship in Derrifford Hospital, Plymoth, six months in Exeter, six months at Oxford University and a year of Cleft and Cranial fellowship at the coveted Chelsea and Westminster Hospital London. He held the position of Senior Registrar at Canniesburn Institute of Plastic Surgery as well as Royal London Hospital.

The Canniesburn institute is now located at the Royal Infirmary Glasgow .
The Glasgow Royal Infirmary (GRI) is a large teaching hospital, operated since 1947 by NHS Scotland, situated on the north-eastern edge of the city center of Glasgow, Scotland.

He began and developed the Plastic Surgery Unit at Almana Hospital, Saudi Arabia and held the post of Head of Plastic Surgery for 6 years. Almana hospital is one of the very few Medical Care centers in Saudi Arabia with JCI accreditation.

Family Life
Originating from an aristocratic Syrian Christian family from central Travancore, Dr. Koshy is married to Dr. Lena Koshy and has two daughters, Richa and Cherisha.

Personal Interests
Dr. Koshy has practiced yoga for many years and also enjoys playing basketball, jogging, swimming, working out and playing bridge. He has also participated in the Dublin and San Fransico Marathons.

Future
Drawing from his training and experience Dr. Koshy is now in the pursuit of providing world class care to the patients of the St. Gregorio's Hospital Parumala.
